Reaktionsschritte
According to GP1 tert-butyl 4-(2,4-dioxo-6-phenyl-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (200 mg; compound B50) is reacted with 3-(chloromethyl)-5-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole (62 mg; compound D2) in the presence of potassium carbonate (65 mg) in DMF (5 ml). Using WU1 the title compound is obtained as a solid.
