Prepare by the method of Example 6.6 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-(2-methanesulfonyloxyethyl)pyrrolidine and (1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)(piperidin-4-yl)amine hydriodic acid to give, after purifying by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 25% methanol/ethyl acetate, the title compound: Rf=0.20 (silica gel, 40% methanol/ethyl acetate).
