Prepare by the method of Example 4.1 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-methanesulfonyloxyethyl)pyrrolidine (2.65 g, 5.5 mmol) (prepared from (+)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrrolidine) and (1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)(piperidin-4-yl)amine hydriodic acid salt (3.9 g, 8.25 mmol) to give, after chromatography on silica gel eluting with methanol/ethyl acetate 1/1, the title compound.
