Reaktionsschritte
Following the procedure described for the synthesis of enamino ketone 23a (scheme 6) but substituting 1-(pyrazin-2-yl)-ethanone for the ketone 336, title compound was obtained in 16% yield. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 7.65 (d, J=12.1 Hz, 1H), 5.34 (d, J=12.1 Hz, 1H), 3.14 (s, 3H), 2.87 (s, 3H), 2.50 (s, 3H), 1.51 (s, 18H). MS (m/z): 411.52 (calc) 412.3 (MH+) (found).
