General Procedure AA. To a solution of 6-amino-1-benzyl-N-(3,4-difluorobenzyl)-5-fluoro-2-isopropyl-1H-indole-3-carboxamide (Compound 172, 39 mg, 0.086 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (1 ml) was added 2-chloroethyl isothiocyanate (25 μl, 0.26 mmol) and Et3N (1 drop). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 16 h and was purified directly by chromatography on silica gel (0→60% EtOAc-hexanes) to yield the title compound.
