Procedure

Intermediate 1-1 and 5-chloro-2-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenol were reacted according GENERAL METHOD 1-5 for Suzuki coupling. 5-Chloro-2-(6-(methyl(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl)amino)pyridazin-3-yl)phenol was obtained as a yellow solid after HPLC purification. LCMS Rt=0.54 min [Method Q], MS (M+1)=375.2. 1H NMR (METHANOL-d4) δ 8.16 (d, J=9.6 Hz, 1H), 7.74 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=10.1 Hz, 1H), 6.91-7.05 (m, 2H), 5.28-5.44 (m, 1H), 3.06 (s, 3H), 1.88-2.05 (m, 4H), 1.65 (s, 6H), 1.52 (s, 6H).
