To a solution of Intermediate 103f (130 mg, 0.13 mmol) in THF (1.5 mL) was added dimethylamine (2M in MeOH, 520 μL, 1.04 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated at 50° C. for 18 h, then cooled and partitioned between EtOAc and water. The aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc (×3) and the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo. The resultant residue was purified by FCC on silica, using a gradient of 0-10% [2M NH3 in MeOH] in DCM followed by HPLC (C18 X-select column, 10-98% gradient MeCN in H2O, 0.1% HCO2H), to give the title compound (37 mg, 40%). LCMS (Method 5): Rt 3.70 min, m/z 708 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): 1.05 (12H, dd, J=6.4, 1.8 Hz), 1.33 (9H, s), 21.89-2.30 (4H, m), 2.43 (6H, s), 2.91 (2H, t, J=5.2 Hz), 3.62-3.74 (2H, m), 4.19 (2H, t, J=5.3 Hz), 4.88-4.97 (1H, m), 5.42 (1H, t, J=4.1 Hz), 6.37 (1H, s), 7.04-7.13 (3H, m), 7.19-7.34 (5H, m), 7.44 (1H, t, J=8.3 Hz), 7.60 (1H, d, J=9.8 Hz), 7.87 (1H, d, J=2.1 Hz).
