The title compound (12.0 mg, 89%) was synthesized from 1-[3-(7-fluoro-quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyrazin-5-yl]-ethanone (15.4) (10.0 mg, 0.03 mmol) and 2-aminooxy-2-methyl-propan-1-ol hydrochloride (8.8 mg, 0.06 mmol) using the same procedure as described in the synthesis of example 15. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 9.41 (s, 1H), 8.94 (d, 1H), 8.18 (d, 1H), 7.94 (d, 1H), 7.83 (s, 1H), 7.46 (dd, 1H), 6.17 (s, 2H), 3.75 (d, 2H), 2.36 (s, 3H), 1.95 (1, 1H), 1.41 (s, 6H). LCMS (method A): [MH]+=410, tR=5.39 min.
