The title compound was synthesized according to the method of Example A43, except reacting a mixture of (1R*,2S*)-2-(3-iodo-1H-indazol-6-yl)-5′-methoxyspiro [cyclopropane-1,3′-indolin]-2′-one (192 mg, 0.446 mmol) with tert-butyl 4-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (190 mg, 0.49 mmol). The crude reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure to dryness, and purified by flash chromatography using EtOAc/hexanes as eluent (1:4 to 7:3) to give the title compound as a yellow solid (239 mg, 80%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD) δ 7.93-7.90 (m, 3H), 7.36-7.34 (m, 3H), 7.02 (d, J=8.0 Jz, 1H), 6.80 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.58 (dd, J=8.0, 4.0 Hz, 1H), 5.55 (s, 1H), 4.39-4.20 (m, 2H), 3.35-3.46 (m, 1H), 3.29 (s, 3H), 2.89-2.79 (m, 2H), 2.76-2.67 (m, 1H), 2.08-2.02 (m 2H), 1.91-1.83 (m, 2H), 1.75-1.61 (m, 2H), 1.51 (s, 9H); MS ESI 565.3 [M+H]+, calcd for [C34H36N4O4+H]+565.27.
