A sealed tube equipped with a magnetic stirrer was charged with 130a (160 mg, 0.40 mmol), (S)-1-methyl-5-(5-(2-methyl-4-(oxetan-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-ylamino)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-ylboronic acid 113f (160 mg, 0.40 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (32 mg, 0.040 mmol), sodium acetate (66 mg, 0.80 mmol), K3PO4 (170 mg, 0.80 mmol), and acetonitrile (6 mL). After three cycles of vacuum/argon flush, the mixture was heated at 100° C. for 2 h. It was then filtered and the filtrate was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica-gel column chromatography eluting with 30:1 dichloromethane/methanol to afford 130b (123 mg, 46%) as a yellow solid. LCMS: [M+H]+ 664.3
