The compound was synthesized following the approach outlined in Procedure 2G (Example 123), substituting 2-nitro-phenylamine and 1-benzyl-1-(6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-3-(2,6-dichloro-3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-3-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-urea (preparation shown below) in step (d) to afford the title compound (26 mg, yield: 20% over five steps). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 12.27 (s, 1H), 9.68 (s, 1H), 8.90 (s, 1H), 8.39 (s, 1H), 7.69 (d, 1H), 7.33-7.19 (m, 6H), 6.92 (s, 1H), 6.45 (dd, 1H), 6.24 (d, 1H), 6.18 (s, 1H), 5.74 (d, 1H), 5.07 (s, 2H), 3.95 (s, 6H); MS (ESI): 593 [M+H]+.
