A 100-mL single-neck round-bottomed flask was charged with 148b (100 mg, 0.3 mmol), (S)-1-methyl-3-(5-(2-methyl-4-(oxetan-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl)pyridine-2-ylamino)-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one 130f (173 mg, 0.36 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (15 mg, 0.015 mmol), K3PO4 (130 mg, 0.6 mmol), and NaOAc.3H2O (90 mg, 0.6 mmol) in CH3CN (30 mL). The system was evacuated and refilled with N2. The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. for 2 h. It was then cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with 25:1 DCM/MeOH to afford 148 (30 mg, 20%) as a pale yellow solid. MS: [M+H]+ 693.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.69 (d, J=2, 1H), 8.50 (d, J=5, 1H), 8.01 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 7.85 (s, 1H), 7.67 (s, 1H), 7.38-7.32 (m, 2H), 6.89 (s, 1H), 6.83 (d, J=8.5, 1H), 6.67 (s, 1H), 4.93 (d, J=6, 1H), 4.71-4.63 (m, 6H), 4.46 (d, J=7.5, 1H), 4.24-4.18 (m, 2H), 4.10-4.05 (m, 1H), 3.90 (d, J=12.5, 1H), 3.70 (s, 3H), 3.55-3.46 (m, 2H), 3.10 (t, J=4.5, 2H), 2.63-2.48 (m, 7H), 2.22 (t, J=7.5, 1H), 1.92-1.88 (m, 2H), 1.82-1.77 (m, 2H), 1.02-1.00 (m, 3H)
