Procedure
A 4 mL scintillation vial was charged with 4-tert-butyl-N-[4-chloro-2-(4-chloro-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-c]pyridin-1-yl)-phenyl]-benzenesulfonamide (synthesized according to general procedure G, 20 mg, 0.042 mmol) and 2 M NH3 in EtOH (2 mL). The reaction was sealed and heated to 120° C. for 18 hours. The EtOH was then removed in vacuo and the resultant residue was purified by preparative TLC to afford N-[2-(4-amino-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-c]pyridin-1-yl)-4-chloro-phenyl]-4-tert-butyl-benzenesulfonamide: MS (ES) M+H expected 457.1, found 457.0.
