Procedure
After dissolving 4-(4-amino-3-chlorophenoxy)-6-cyano-7-((2S)-oxiran-2-yl)methoxyquinoline (72 mg, 0.196 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (2.0 ml) under a nitrogen atmosphere, diethylamine (0.4 ml) was added and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 5 days. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, the residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (eluent—ethyl acetate), the fraction containing the target substance was concentrated, suspended in ethyl acetate and diluted with hexane, and the crystals were filtered out and blow-dried to obtain the title compound (78.6 mg, 0.178 mmol, 91.1%) as light yellow crystals.
