The title compound was prepared by hydrolysis of the compound of Example 309 under basic conditions (aq. NaOH/EtOH). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 1.10-1.40 (m, 3H), 1.45-1.60 (m, 2H), 2.25-2.45 (m, 2H), 2.55-2.80 (m, 1H), 4.30 (m, 4H), 4.50 (m, 1H), 6.70 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.00 (m, 3H), 7.10 (m, 1H), 7.25 (d, J=16.0 Hz, 1H), 7.48 (d, J=8.0 15.5 Hz, 1H), 7.90 (d, J=15.5 Hz, 1H). MS (ESI) m/z 458 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C23H21ClNO5SNa.1.3H2O: C, 54.69; H, 4.73; N, 2.45. Found: C, 54.67; H, 4.71; N, 2.77.
