简介亚磷酸，无机化合物，易溶于水和醇。在空气中缓慢氧化成正磷酸。180℃分解为磷化氢和正磷酸。有腐蚀性。亚磷酸为二元酸，其酸性比磷酸稍强，它具有强还原性，容易将银离子（Ag+）还原成金属银（Ag），能将硫酸还原成二氧化硫。

应用亚磷酸主要用作还原剂，尼龙增白剂，也用作亚磷酸盐原料，农药中间体以及有机磷水处理药剂的原料。

用途主要用于前列腺肥大症引起的排尿障碍。是一种高选择性α1A受体阻断剂
