生产方法将2-氯异烟酸（5.10 g，32.38 mmol）溶解于甲醇（150 mL）中，缓慢加入亚硫酰氯（12 mL）。将反应混合物在70℃下搅拌5小时，反应完成后，通过旋转蒸发仪在减压下浓缩反应液。将浓缩后的残余物溶解于二氯甲烷（250 mL）中，依次用10%碳酸钾水溶液（2×150 mL）洗涤，无水硫酸镁干燥，过滤后，滤液经旋转蒸发浓缩，得到2-氯吡啶-4-羧酸甲酯（SLA 07150），为黄色固体（5.06 g，收率91%）。SRA 07150的分子量为171.58；熔点为33.0℃；薄层色谱（TLC）Rf值为0.80（展开剂比例为甲醇:二氯甲烷=10:90）。1H-NMR（CDCl3，δ）：3.98（s，3H，CH3），7.78（dd，1H，J=5.1 Hz，J=1.3 Hz，ArH），7.89（d，1H，J=0.6 Hz，ArH），8.55（dd，1H，J=5.1 Hz，J=0.6 Hz，ArH）。参考文献：[1] Patent: WO2008/11478, 2008, A2.
