制备方法一、将三氟甲氧基苯(11.35g，70mmol)溶于3.57mL液溴中，加入0.24g铁，于100℃下反应16小时。加入450mL二氯甲烷，有机相依次用6M盐酸(140mL)，10％的亚硫酸氢钠溶液(140mL)和饱和氯化钠溶液(140mL)洗涤，合并有机相，无水硫酸镁干燥，过滤，减压浓缩滤液，得到标题产物对溴三氟甲氧基苯(14.1g，黄色液体)，产率：83.8％。1HNMR(400MHz，CDCl3)：δ7.54-7.50(m，2H)，7.11-7.09(m，2H) 方法二、将4-溴苯酚（3.46g）溶于无水N，N-二甲基甲酰胺（0.16M）。将1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯（2.5当量）添加到混合物中。将反应加热至70°C。通过注射泵在8.0mL.h-1处添加溴二氟乙酸乙酯（2.5当量）。将反应在70°C下搅拌16小时。将粗混合物冷却至室温。用水稀释粗混合物。用Et2O萃取粗混合物5次。用水洗涤合并的有机层2次，用盐水洗涤1次。用Na2SO4干燥合并的有机层。过滤合并的有机层。在减压下浓缩合并的有机层。通过快速柱色谱使用15：1己烷/EtOAc纯化粗混合物得到对溴三氟甲氧基苯。

生产方法其制备方法是以4-溴苯氧基硫代羧酰氯与MoF3反应而制得产品。
