概述4，5-双二苯基膦-9，9-二甲基氧杂蒽(xantphos)化合物由于其特殊的富电子性和较大的空间位阻能力，在钯催化的Suzuki、Negishi、Stille、Heck等偶联反应中具有很高的反应活性。

用途4,5-双二苯基膦-9,9-二甲基氧杂蒽作为配体，用于Buchwald, Suzuki等偶联反应中。

用途有机试剂，医药中间体。4,5-Bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene

用途与过渡金属的络合物可用作羰基化反应等有机合成催化剂；在钯催化3-溴化噻吩与2-氨基吡啶C-N交叉偶联的杂环合成反应中的配体；也用于钌催化活化亚甲基化合物与乙醇的烷基化反应；用于催化的金属螯合物配体

制备方法

制备在氩气保护下，向反应釜中加入双(2-二苯基膦苯基)醚(化合物2)538g，甲苯溶剂700mL，三氟甲磺酸8.8mL(双(2-二苯基膦苯基)醚(化合物2)与三氟甲磺酸的摩尔比为1：0.1)，丙酮150mL，将反应体系升温至150oC，反应16h后，降低至室温，经萃取，干燥，重结晶得到目标产物4，5-双二苯基膦-9，9-二甲基氧杂蒽(xantphos)(化合物1)520g(收率90%)。
