应用领域
概述柠檬酸三丁酯（TBC）是一种良好的环保增塑剂、润滑剂。常温下为无毒、有果香味、無色透明油狀液体。沸点170℃（133.3Pa），闪点（开杯）185℃。溶于多数有机溶剂。挥发性小，与树脂的相容性好，增塑效率高，在欧美等国家允许用于食品包装和医疗卫生制品，以及儿童软质玩具、制药、医用制品、香精香料、化妆品制造等行业。可赋于制品良好的耐寒性、耐水性和抗霉性。树脂经本品增塑后呈现良好的透明性和低温绕曲性能，并在不同介质中具有低挥发性和低抽出性，热稳定性好，遇热不变色。用本品制备的润滑油具有良好的润滑性能。
用途用作气相色谱固定液、塑料的韧化剂、泡沫去除剂及硝酸纤维的溶剂
用途用于聚氯乙烯，聚乙烯共聚物和纤维素树脂的增塑剂。
用途本品为无毒增塑剂，可用于无毒PVC造粒，制作食品包装材料，儿童软质玩具，医用制品，聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯共聚物、纤维素树脂的增塑剂。
用途主要用作乙烯基树脂和纤维素树脂的增塑剂
制备方法
生产方法1.柠檬酸和正丁醇(投料比1∶1)在硫酸(投料量为柠檬酸和正丁醇总质量的0.3%)的作用下，于150℃回流4～5h，当反应物的酸值降至1mgKOH/g以下时，即为酯化终点。产物经活性炭脱色、过滤、中和、水洗、减压蒸馏，釜液即为成品。 精制方法：含有游离的酸和醇等杂质。精制时用无水碳酸钾或硫酸钠干燥后减压精馏。 2.制法： 于1L圆底烧瓶中加入柠檬酸（2）315g（1.0mol），正丁醇500g（6.7mol），1.5mL浓硫酸。装上60cm的分馏柱和分水器，加热反应脱水，约4h脱水115～120mL，反应液温度达到130℃。继续加热至反应液温度155℃，并回收丁醇。而后冷至50℃，分批加入固体碳酸钠4g，中和硫酸，直至pH5～6。放置过夜，过滤，减压蒸馏，收集198～200℃/0.8～0.9kPa的馏分，得产品（1）460g，收率85%。 [1]
