用途三甲基碘化亚砜用于合成用于环氧化合物制备的亚甲基转移试剂。

用途主要用于合成氟康唑。

用途强碱处理可生成内鎓盐，内鎓盐可与酮和醛的羰基发生加成反应生成环氧化物；也可优先与α,β-不饱和酯的双键发生加成反应生成环丙酯

制备方法 · 1 条

生产方法以二甲基亚砜（2 mL，28.2 mmol）和碘甲烷（1.75 mL，28.1 mmol）为原料，在压力容器中于70℃下搅拌反应48小时。反应完成后，过滤收集沉淀物，依次用氯仿洗涤和去离子水重结晶，最后在减压条件下干燥，得到三甲基碘化亚砜的澄清无色晶体（4.01 g，18.2 mmol，产率65%）。参考文献：[1] Synthesis (Germany), 2017, vol. 49, # 12, p. 2652 - 2662[2] Patent: EP2570410, 2013, A1.
