Versuchsvorschrift

This material was obtained according to example 65, step A] α-amino-α-cyclopropyl-cyclopropaneacetonitrile (266 mg) by reduction with diisobutylaluminiumhydride (20% in toluene, 8.1 mL) as a colorless semisolid (106 mg) after purification by flash chromatography (ethyl acetate/MeOH/NH4OH 1:1:0.1). 1H-NMR (CDCl3): 2.66 (s, 2H); 1.70 (s, br, >4H, 4 NH and H2O), 0.71 (m, 2H), 0.40-0.21 (m, 8H).
