Versuchsvorschrift

26 g of 4-benzyl-2-(1-isopropenyl-2,3-dihydrobenzimidazol-2-on-3-yl-methyl)-morpholine are treated as in part (a) of Example 2. After evaporation of the solvent under reduced pressure, a limpid oil is obtained, which crystallizes slowly. Recrystallization from isopropyl ether gives 14g of 2-(1-isopropyl-2,3-dihydrobenzimidazol-2-on-3-yl-methyl)-morpholine, m.p. 95° C.
