The product was prepared according to the manner of 6-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin4(3H)-one (the preparation of which may be found in Example K1), using 2-methoxybenzene-1,4-diamine to give the product as a yellow powder (0.19 g, 50%). LCMS m/z 384 (MH+). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.40 (s, 1H), 8.00 (s, 1H), 7.95 (d, 2H), 7.60 (d, 2H), 7.00 (s, 1H), 6.80 (d, 1H), 6.75 (d, 1H), 5.05 (s, 2H), 3.80 (s, 3H), ppm.
