Versuchsvorschrift

A solution of (R)-tert-butyl 2-((6-(methoxycarbonyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylamino)methyl)-1H-pyrrole-1-carboxylate (500 mg, 1.3 mmol, 1.0 eq.) in THF (5 ml) was added to a stirred suspension of NaH (104 mg, 2.6 mmol, 2.0 eq., 60% in mineral oil) in THF (15 ml) at 0° C. and the resulting reaction mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 14 h. The reaction mixture was quenched with water (50 ml) and washed with ethyl acetate (50 ml). The aqueous layer was acidified with 2 N HCl (5 ml) and extracted with ethyl acetate (2×100 ml). The combined organic fractions were washed with brine (50 ml), dried over sodium sulfate and the solvent evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue obtained was used for the next step without further purification. Yield: 26% (100 mg, 0.34 mmol).
