Versuchsvorschrift

The reaction of But-3-en-2-ol and 4-Bromomethyl-benzoic acid in the presence of sodium hydride was performed as described for Compound 33 to give 4-(1-Methyl-allyloxymethyl)-benzoic acid as white powder. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 12.89 (S, COOH); 7.90 (d, J=8.3, 2 arom. H); 7.42 (d, J=8.3, 2 arom.H); 5.77 (m, —CH═CH2); 5.21, 5.16 (2 d-like, —CH═CH2); 4.54, 4.44 (AB, J=8.9, —OCH2—C6H4); 3.95 (m, CH(CH3)O); 1.22 (d, CH(CH3)O). 13C-NMR (100 MHz, d6-DMSO): 167.14 (—C═O); 144.00; 140.10; 129.65; 129.27 (2 arom.C); 1267.00 (2 arom.C); 116.06; 75.83; 68.56; 20.97.
