The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 2 of Example 45 from tert-butyl 4-((1S)-1-{[(2,5-dichloropyridin-3-yl)carbonyl]amino}ethyl)benzoate (step 1 of Example 45) and 3,5-difluorophenol: 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.53 (1H, d, J=2.6 Hz), 8.18 (1H, d, J=2.6 Hz), 7.95 (1H, dd, J=6.8, 1.8 Hz), 7.38 (2H, d, J=8.1 Hz), 6.83–6.69 (2H, m), 6.40–6.32 (2H, m), 6.25 (1H, br.s), 5.39–5.30 (1H, m), 1.60 (3H, d, J=6.2 Hz), 1.59 (9H, s).
