The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 2 of Example 45 from tert-butyl 4-((1S)-1-{[(2,5-dichloropyridin-3-yl)carbonyl]amino}ethyl)benzoate (step 1 of Example 45) and 2,3-difluorophenol: 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.54 (1H, d, J=2.7 Hz), 8.11 (1H, d, J=2.7 Hz), 7.98–7.92 (3H, m), 7.43–7.40 (2H, m), 7.23–7.07 (3H, m), 5.43–5.32 (1H, m), 1.61–1.56 (12H, m); MS (ESI) m/z 489 (M+H)+, 487 (M−H)−.
