Versuchsvorschrift

Hydrogen peroxide 30% solution (Fisher, #H325); Store in the dark at 4° C. until ready to use. A stock solution of ABTS/H2O2 is prepared. The formulation is 15 mls ABTS solution, and 3 μl H2O2. Take out ABTS about 60 minutes prior to use and warm to room temperature. Or warm quickly by placing tube in 37° C. water bath. Add 3 μl H2O2 prior to use.
