Versuchsvorschrift

tert-Butyl 8-ethyl-2-methyl-2,3-dihydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine-4(5H)-carboxylate (190 mg) was stirred in 4N hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) for 20 min. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give 8-ethyl-2-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine 1 hydrochloride (131 mg, 88%) as colorless crystals.
