The title compound was prepared by following a procedure described in Intermediate-27 by using tert-butyl 4-((6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methoxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate and 5-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-indole (0.410 g, 27.70%); MS: 386.32 (M−100).
