According to the procedure described for compound B90 tert-butyl 4-{1-[(5-ethyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl)methyl]-2,4-dioxo-6-phenyl-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl}piperidine-1-carboxylate (290 mg, compound B75) is reacted with hydrogen chloride in 1,4-dioxane (5.0 ml, 6.8 M) to afford the title compound as a solid.
