Versuchsvorschrift
To a solution of the crude product containing 3-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyl-L-valinamide obtained in C) in ethanol (5 mL) was added 4-thioxothiazolidin-2-one (380 mg) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight, The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (NH, ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (300 mg).
