Versuchsvorschrift

840 mg (4 mmol) ((R)-1-methyl-2-phenyl-ethyl)-prop-2-ynyl-ammonium hydrochloride (Sigma) is dissolved in 10 ml dichloromethane and 1M aqueous sodium carbonate. The organic phase is separated. The aqueous phase is extracted three times with 10 ml dichloromathane. The combined organic phases are washed with brine and dried with magnesium sulfate. The crude product 6a is used without further purification.
