Versuchsvorschrift

0.69 Gram of Z-Leu-OSu, the above-obtained H-Ile-Leu-Leu-Ala-Gln-OH and 0.22 ml of triethylamine were dissolved in 50 ml of dimethylformamide, and the mixture was stirred at a room temperature for 20 hours. After removal of dimethylformamide by distillation, 1N-succinic acid was added to the residue, the precipitated material was collected by filtration and washed with water until the filtrate become neutral and then dried. The dried material was washed with hot methanol to obtain 1.10 g of Z-Leu-Ile-Leu-Leu-Ala-Gln-OH.
