Versuchsvorschrift

9-[(1R,2S,3R,4S)-2,3-dihydroxy-4-(4-hydroxymethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-cyclopentyl]-6-(2,2-diphenyl-ethylamino)-9H-purine-2-carboxylic acid (3-amino-propyl)-amide trifluoroacetate (Example 63) (10 mg, 0.027 mmol) is dissolved in dry DMF (0.25 ml). Ethyl isocyanate (0.92 mg, 0.013 mmol) is dissolved in dry DMF (0.25 ml). The two solutions were combined and triethylamine (>1 eq) is added. The reaction mixture is allowed to stand at room temperature over night. The solvent is removed in vacuo. Purification is carried out using mass directed preparative LC-MS eluting with acetonitrile: water: trifluoroacetic acid to afford the titled compound.
