Versuchsvorschrift

The aldol reaction of L-kynurenine and benzaldehyde catalyzed by kynureninase was found to proceed to give predominantly (80%) the (αS, γR) diastereomer of α-amino-γ-hydroxybenzenebutanoic acid.
