Versuchsvorschrift

A solution of (2E)-3-pentyl-3,7-dihydro-1h-purine-2,6-dione 2-hydrazone (104 mg, 44 μmol), benzaldehyde (44.7 μl, 44 μmol) in ethanol (10 ml) was stirred at 70° C. for 3 hours. The reaction solution was concentrated in vacuo to give the desired product. LCMS calculated for C17H21N6O (M+H): 325.2. found: 325.2.
