The title material was prepared as described for the synthesis of 2-phenyl-2-o-tolylethanamine (Example FF) in using (2-bromophenyl)(phenyl)methanone. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 3.15 (2H, dd, J=7.45, 2.65 Hz) 4.36 1H, (t, J=7.45 Hz) 7.12-7.20 (2H, m) 7.22-7.29 (5H, m) 7.38 (1H, td, J=7.52, 1.14 Hz) 7.48 (1H, dd, J=7.71, 1.64 Hz) 7.58 (1H, dd, J=7.83, 1.26 Hz).
