Methyl 2-{[4-({[(5-methoxy-1H-indazol-3-yl)carbonyl]amino}methyl) piperidin-1-yl]methyl}furan-3-carboxylate 14 was prepared, according to the procedure described for compound 7, using methyl 2-(chloromethyl)furan-3-carboxylate. Yield: 120 mg, 13%.
