Reaktionsschritte
The procedure of Example 1 was followed except using 3'-nitro-4'-tetradecyloxybiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid instead of said 4-tetradecyloxybenzoic acid and (S)-2-methylbutyl 4-hydroxybenzoate instead of said (S)-2-methylbutyl 2-chloro-4-hydroxybenzoate. There resulted 4--(S)-2-methylbutyloxycarbonyl]phenyl 3'-nitro-4'-tetradecyloxybiphenyl-4-carboxylate].
