Reaktionsschritte
(S)-[1-(Hydroxy-oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl-methyl)-propyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (311 mg, 1 mmol) and MeCl2 (5 ml) were mixed and TFA (1 ml) was added at room temperature. After stirring for 1 hour, the solvent and excess TFA were removed under vacuum to produce 355 mg of 2-Amino-1-oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl-butan-1-ol TFA salt.
