Versuchsvorschrift

benzoic acid (R)-3-{4-[4-(3,5-dimethylpyridin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carbonyl]-2-fluorophenyl}-2-oxooxazolidin-4-ylmethyl ester (309 mg) described in Example 125 was dissolved in dimethoxyethane, 4N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature. Under ice-cooling, the mixture was neutralized with 1N hydrochloric acid, ethyl acetate and sodium chloride were added and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate layer was washed once with saturated aqueous sodium chloride solution, and dried over sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography (chloroform:methanol) to give the title compound (181 mg).
