Versuchsvorschrift

N-(2-Acetyl-4,6-dimethylphenyl)-3-(((4-chloro-3-methyl-5-isoxazolyl)amino)sulfonyl)-5-methyl-2-thiophenecarboxamide was synthesized in the same fashion as for N-(2-acetyl-4,6-dimethylphenyl)-3-(((4-chloro-3-methyl-5-isoxazolyl)amino)sulfonyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide (Example 39) except that N-(4-chloro-3-methyl-5-isoxazolyl)-N-methoxymethyl-3-sulfamoyl-5-methyl-2-thiophenecarboxylic acid chloride was used instead of N-(4-chloro-3-methyl-5-isoxazolyl)-N-methoxymethyl-3-sulfamoyl-2-thiophenecarboxylic acid chloride.
