Versuchsvorschrift
Benzyl [(1R)-2-({(2R)-2-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]-3-phenylpropyl}amino)-1-methyl-2-oxoethyl]carbamate (335 mg, 0.74 mmol) was dissolved in 5 mL dioxane and hydrogen chloride (4M solution in dioxane, 5 mL, 20 mmol) added and the mixture stirred at room temperature for 16 h. The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue purified by flash column chromatography eluting with a 9:1 mixture of dichloromethane in methanol to give 150 mg (63%) of the title compound as a waxy white solid.
