Versuchsvorschrift

There was dissolved, in 1,4-dioxana (3 mL), 5,7-dichloro-2-phenyl-pyrazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine (50.4 mg, 0.191 mM), then 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-piperazine (46 μL, 0.382 mM) was added to the solution and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for one hour. The solvent was distilled off from this reaction mixture and the resulting solid was washed with ethyl acetate to thus give the title compound in a quantitative yield.
