Versuchsvorschrift

To a solution of t-butyl 4-amino-3-[(N-methylacetylamino)methyl]benzoate (2.13 g, 7.65 mmole) in CH2Cl2 (150 mL) at RT was added TFA (30 mL). After 12 hr, the reaction solution was concentrated to an oil and dried under high vacuum overnight. The resulting residue was washed with hexanes and Et2O to afford the title compound (2.56 g, 7.60 mmole) as an off-white solid. This compound was used without further purification: MS (ES) m/e 223 (M+H-TFA)+.
