The title compound was prepared by the method of Preparation 1c using (R)-4a-ethoxymethyl-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,4,4a,5,7,8-hexahydro-1,2,6-triazacyclopenta[b]naphthalene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 6-chloropyridine-3-sulfonyl chloride. LCMS (Method B): 503 (M+H)+, Retention time 4.1 minutes.
