3,5-Dimethoxyphenylacetic acid and the product from Example 128A were processed as using the method analogous to that described in example 104 to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 10.40-10.51 (bs, 1H), 9.11 (dd, J=7.0, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.65 (dd, J=4.1, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 7.59 (ddd, J=11.2, 2.6, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.52 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.26-7.34 (m, 1H), 7.16 (dd, J=7.0, 4.1 Hz, 1H), 7.02-7.09 (m, 1H), 6.46-6.54 (m, 2H), 6.38-6.43 (m, 1H), 3.67-3.77 (bs, 6H), 3.59-3.62 (bs, 2H); MS (ESI) m/z 407 (M+H)+. Anal. calculated for C22H19FN4O3: C, 65.02; H, 4.71; N, 13.79. Found C, 64.80; H, 4.54; N, 13.77.
