Reaktionsschritte
4-((alpha-R)-alpha-((2S,5R)-2,5-dimethyl-4-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl)-3-hydroxybenzyl)-N,N-diethylbenzamide was alkylated with methyl iodide by a procedure essentially identical to that of Example 29 to give 4-((alpha-R)-alpha-((2S,5R)-2,5-dimethyl-4-(2-fluorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl)-3-methoxybenzyl)-N,N-diethylbenzamide.
